We picked Skope Inspections because Nick is ASHI certified and there aren’t many reviews of home inspectors online so we wanted to be sure we hired someone who knew what they were doing. We did the Skope Inspection Package that included everything but water testing (house has city water) because we wanted something comprehensive, and the price was more than fair compared to other inspectors in the area. Nick was AMAZING! He took his time and told us what things were larger safety issues and things that were just cosmetic and could wait. He typed up the report on site so we left with a hard copy and an electronic copy already emailed to us. He answered all of our questions (and we’re first-time home buyers so there were a lot) and gave us really sound advice about our home. I would definitely recommend him for anyone buying a house in NWI and will use him for any future home inspection needs! Thanks Nick!
